As a World Heritage site it forms part of the Stanley Dock development overlooking the waters of Stanley Dock. The hotel has 153 stylish and spacious bedrooms, unique event space West Bay, Stanley’s Bar and Grill, Rum Bar, Maya Blue Wellness and adjoining the incredible Rum Warehouse.
We are recruiting for a highly experienced Restaurant Manager for the Titanic Hotel.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy hotel restaurant, Stanleys Bar and Grill. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving commercial success.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Services Manager, Executive Chef, and wider hotel team, you will ensure outstanding service standards while managing staffing, financial performance, and operational excellence.
About The Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and hospitality. You'll inspire and develop your team, oversee staffing and service delivery, manage costs and performance, and work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel departments to achieve both operational and financial goals. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
