Fun-Loving Personal Assistant Needed! 5 Hours Per Week
Rates - £14.67 per hour for employed role or £18.92 if you are self-employed
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and looking for a job that doesn't feel like work?
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Personal Assistant to support a fantastic young man with Down Syndrome, a learning disability and Autism to enjoy fun activities in the community.
This is an opportunity to spend your time enjoying great days out while helping someone build confidence, independence and have lots of fun!
What could a typical shift look like?
✅ Trip to the cinema
✅ Swimming sessions
✅ Horse riding adventures
✅ A game or two of bowling
✅ Walks along the beach
✅ Ice cream stops
✅ Exploring local places and enjoying new experiences
The role:
- 5 hours per week
- Flexible hours on a Wednesday or Thursday, starting any time from 8:30am onwards (must be able to return home by 4:30pm)
- £14.67 per hour
- Supporting social and leisure activities within the community
What we're looking for:
- A caring, positive, and fun personality
- Driver with own car and appropriate insurance essential
- Autism awareness would be beneficial
No preference regarding male or female applicants
