Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, hotel rooms, and hospitality areas using established procedures and attention to detail
- Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks to support client needs and event setups
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining professional communication
- Conduct janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restocking supplies to uphold cleanliness standards
- Support hotel operations by maintaining guest areas, assisting with room turnovers, and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Maintain safety protocols during cleaning activities and handle cleaning equipment responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in janitorial work, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Basic cooking skills or experience in food service environments is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to meet daily schedules
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment operation, and safety procedures preferred
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
