Overview
Lyriq Healthcare is looking for compassionate, patient support workers to provide dedicated 1:1 daytime support to a young adult with a learning disability and autism, based at our supported living home in Mansfield.
We have two positions available on this rota:
- Full-time – 37.5 hours/week
- Fixed-hours part-time – 18.5 hours/week
This is a rewarding role supporting someone to settle into a new home, build independence, and take part in activities and community life he enjoys — while staying connected to his family in Nottingham.
What you'll do:
- Provide 1:1 support with daily living, personal care, meal prep and budgeting
- Support medication in line with care plans
- Plan and join in meaningful activities and community outings
- Use a calm, positive, person-centred approach
- Keep clear, accurate daily records
What we're looking for:
- Experience or genuine interest in supporting adults with learning disabilities/autism
- Patient, calm, person-centred approach
- Willingness to complete full training (PBS, safeguarding, medicines, induction)
- Reliable and flexible to work rota'd shifts
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Experience:
