We are looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant
Salary: £13.93 per hour
20hrs per week (including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)
Purpose
To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service, including maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. To assist the branch manager and sales team with the sales processes. To constantly to keep up to date with the latest technology.
Objectives
- Help increase the company’s growth in sales through sales maximisation.
- Work from leads and requests generated from the team and yourself.
- Increase awareness of repairs and rentals.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
- Recommend and demonstrate items that match customers’ needs.
- Welcome and greet customers warmly, both in store and on the phone.
- Answer emails efficiently and quickly.
Key requirements / What you’ll need
- Retail sales experience, preferably in the photographic and video market.
- Practical experience of using photographic and video equipment.
- Confidence and ability to demonstrate equipment.
- Fluent in English with an excellent standard of written and verbal communication.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Enthusiasm for social media and an understanding of networks and trends.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Quick decision making, coupled with the ability to thrive in a friendly, energetic environment that values innovation and embraces change.
- A person with a passion for creativity, especially in the photographic arts.
Pay: £13.93 per hour
