The Tap & Spile is looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Weekend Bar Supervisor to join our team.
Role:
Part-Time Bar Supervisor
Hours:
Flexible shifts, mainly evenings and weekends
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise the bar team during service, leading by example on the floor
- Serve drinks efficiently with a friendly and professional attitude
- Support, motivate, and train bar staff where needed
- Ensure guests have a fantastic experience from arrival to last orders
- Oversee bar cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels
- Assist with cash handling, till operation, and end-of-shift procedures
- Help manage bar setup and close-down, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Work as part of a lively, supportive, and hands-on management team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bar or hospitality experience essential; supervisory experience is a strong advantage
- Confident, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient during busy periods
- Natural people person who enjoys leading a team and engaging with guests
- Comfortable working evening and weekend shifts and maintaining energy throughout
- Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative
