We're looking for a Sales Admin Team Leader to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching others, improving processes and leading by example while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operation.
What You'll Be Doing
As Sales Admin Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a small team. You'll ensure the team delivers an outstanding customer experience, meets service targets and continuously looks for ways to improve.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team.
- Line Management responsibilities including performance reviews and KPI reporting.
- Planning workloads and ensuring excellent service levels are maintained.
- Managing customer orders, enquiries & returns alongside your leadership responsibilities.
- Supporting the team during busy periods to ensure customer expectations and SLAs are consistently achieved.
- Acting as the first point of escalation for complex customer queries and complaints.
- Monitoring KPIs including response times, service levels and accuracy.
- Authorising customer credits
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Building strong working relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
You'll have:
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
- A background in customer service, sales order processing or a similar operational environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to make decisions.
- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support others.
- Excellent attention to detail
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for making processes better.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
