Overview:
We are currently seeking a Stores Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in the parts department.
Duties:
- Responsibility for Goods Inwards (Checking off, Booking on & Putting away stock & VOR Orders)
- Responsibility for Goods Outwards (Picking and Packaging Orders)
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Stock Checks
- Maintain proper storage of parts inventory
- Assist in handling incoming calls when needed
- Assisting with delivery of orders when needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Commercial Vehicle Parts, Accessories, Consumables & Tools
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain an organised parts inventory system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Commercial Parts Advisor: 2 years (preferred)
