An established pub company which has a great reputation for food led pubs is seeking a Roving Chef to work closely with the Head Chefs and their teams. The Roving chef will cover the North West area which includes Manchester, Preston, Kirkby Lonsdale, Harrogate and surrounding areas. The pub restaurants serve regularly changing menus featuring traditional pub classics which are prepared from fresh ingredients on site with a focus on seasonality. This a great opportunity for a roving chef who will support across the pubs as needed.
Requirements:
A committed and flexible senior level chef who is confident to walk into any section of a kitchen and able to run a service if required. Must have a fresh food pub background.
