We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our marketing strategy. Based at our Warrington office, you will take ownership of brand positioning, campaign planning, and content across digital and traditional channels, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and plan, aligned to wider business objectives
- Plan, execute, and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, print, and events)
- Manage and grow the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Own the marketing budget, tracking spend and ROI across activities
- Oversee the company website and digital presence, working with external agencies or freelancers as needed
- Manage social media channels, content calendars, and community engagement
- Analyse campaign performance and marketing metrics, providing regular reporting and insight to senior management
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing supports commercial goals
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and printers
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
- Line management responsibility for marketing assistant/coordinator (as applicable)
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing executive role
- Strong track record of planning and delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills
- Confident using digital marketing tools (e.g. email marketing platforms, social media schedulers, Google Analytics)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Commercially minded, with the ability to link marketing activity to business results
- A collaborative approach, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
Desirable:
- CIM qualification (or equivalent marketing qualification)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
- Experience managing or briefing external creative/design agencies
- Budget management experience
