Known for our reliability, expertise, and fast service within the industry, we are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operative (Order Picker, Packer & Dispatch) to support our warehouse operations and help ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently. You will be responsible for locating parts in the warehouse, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring parcels are packaged securely and labelled correctly.
Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will help maintain our high standards of accuracy and fast delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking incoming stock/orders into the system.
- Picking vehicle parts from warehouse stock accurately based on order lists.
- Packing orders carefully and securely to ensure items arrive safely to customers.
- Preparing and labelling parcels for dispatch using courier systems.
- Checking orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organising parcels ready for daily courier collections.
- Assisting with receiving deliveries and putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Supporting stock checks and inventory organisation when required.
- Working with the warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or dispatch experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks and moving parts safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
