We operate across three service tiers — Studio, Signature and Master — with a clear structure, elevated brand standards, and a genuine commitment to developing our team.
We are growing and we are looking for a talented Senior Beauty Therapist to grow with us.
The Role
This is a hands-on treatment role working with a discerning clientele who expect the best. You will work at Signature tier, delivering exceptional results across lashes, brows and nails (flexible on nails) while building a loyal column of your own.

Day to day, you will:
- Deliver high-end lash, brow, and nail treatments to Signature standard
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, with consistent rebooking
- Recommend and sell retail products as a natural part of every consultation
- Maintain immaculate hygiene and presentation standards
- Support and mentor junior team members where needed
About You
- NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
- Proven experience in lash extensions and brow treatments to a high standard; nail experience a bonus
- A polished, professional manner with a genuine passion for client care
- Confident recommending retail and treatment upgrades
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, premium salon.
Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
