Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Salary: £30,000 + attractive annual bonus

What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key part of the customer experience and sales process, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Your role will include:
Customer Service
- Respond to incoming calls and customer enquiries with confidence and warmth
- Provide updates on orders, deliveries, and any delays
- Resolve issues quickly and positively
- Offer product advice and support materials
Sales Support
- Process customer orders accurately
- Prepare quotations and pricing
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
- Research and qualify new leads
Administration & Team Support
- Manage returns, demos, special orders, and service requests
- Maintain detailed customer records
- Provide essential admin support to a team of 7 Business Development Managers
