ABM Catering for Leisure Ltd is a Cardiff based family business, established over 30 years, specializing in commercial catering, repair, and installation.
We are recruiting a Full Time Service Coordinator to join our team starting as soon as possible.
The role is as follows.
· Collating client requests via telephone or email, ascertaining important information regarding critical asset failures.
· Managing the cloud-based job scheduling system to ensure the field service engineers and other trades have the correct information regarding the failure responses.
· Allocation of work based on geography, failure-priority and technical skill set.
· Identification of components using 3rd party spare parts organisations.
· Ordering of components/materials/spare parts.
· Generation of invoices of completed jobs
· Monitoring of any outstanding works and chasing 3rd parties for conclusions or reporting back to manager to resolve.
· Establish and maintain effective communication with external parties and colleagues/Management and engineering staff.
You will be a good team player with excellent time management, good communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask. A basic level of computer skills is required - Microsoft Office.
Preference will be given to those that come from a service background.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
