An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a growing construction business based in Leeds. This is a varied role supporting the Directors across multiple areas of the business, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high administrative standards.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working across different departments, and be confident managing multiple priorities at once. This position would suit someone with excellent organisational skills who is looking to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Directors.
- Prepare quotations, pricing schedules, and project costings.
- Assist with tender submissions and client documentation.
- Coordinate project administration from enquiry through to completion.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Schedule meetings, maintain diaries, and organise project documentation.
- Track project progress and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and project files.
- Support operational planning and help improve internal processes.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide professional customer service.
- Assist with general office management and business administration.
About You

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Office Manager, Project Administrator, Operations Coordinator, or Executive Assistant role.
- Experience within commercial interiors, construction, fit-out, manufacturing, or a project-based environment.
- Understanding of quotations, pricing, procurement, or project documentation.
