As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for helping deliver all pastry elements across the operation, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail at every stage.
You will be passionate about pastry, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent standards within a professional kitchen environment.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
- Produce high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
- Prepare afternoon tea items and sweet accompaniments
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards
- Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed
- Support junior members of the brigade where required
