About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock within the warehouse and storage areas
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory control activities
- Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Always following health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Valid and in-date Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, Trusted and a positive attitude
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work
