Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Handy Man to join Margaret Court. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of repair and maintenance, in owners apartments and communal areas.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular safety checks
- Ensure areas are kept in good condition, including the grounds
- Work in conjunction with the Duty Manager and Manager
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards internal clients and external contractors
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
