ROLE: Workflow Lead
HOURS: 40 per week
LOCATION: Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 6DA

We're looking for a Workflow Lead who will manage the scheduling, allocation and coordination of maintenance activities across multiple sites on the National Grid account, ensuring efficient service delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Schedule and coordinate all planned (PPM), reactive and additional works across sites, ensuring effective allocation based on priority and resources
- Manage jobs end-to-end from creation to completion, ensuring accurate system records and compliance with SLA targets
- Monitor job progress, proactively resolving delays, risks and scheduling conflicts to maintain service delivery
- Act as the key coordination point between FM teams, engineers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on priorities and performance
- Build and manage subcontractor relationships, tracking performance, coordinating attendance and ensuring timely delivery of works
- Experience in a scheduling, coordination or service delivery role within FM, engineering or a similar environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proven ability to resolve issues, manage stakeholders and deliver outcomes under pressure
- Good IT skills, with experience using scheduling or work management systems
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
