Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across our nursery premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the children, staff and families. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and maintained to health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Maintain a high level of organisation within storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
