We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service through an exciting period of growth and development.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering safe, effective and compassionate care.
You will provide leadership to office and care staff whilst supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager.
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC Fundamental Standards.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
- Recruit, supervise and develop care staff.
- Conduct supervisions, appraisals and competency assessments.
- Ensure safe staffing levels and effective rota management.
- Maintain high standards of person-centred care.
- Investigate incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance systems.
- Carry out audits and implement continuous service improvements.
- Maintain accurate electronic care records.
- Build positive relationships with service users and their families.
- Liaise with local authorities, NHS professionals and commissioners.
- Participate in business development activities, including tender opportunities and commissioner engagement.
- Monitor KPIs, occupancy and service performance.
- Work closely with the Directors to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
Pay: £30,751.30-£33,000.00 per year
