Customer Service Advisor / Trainee Sales

About The Job,
We are looking for a friendly, positive, motivated and driven person to join our team at Aalco Chepstow.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in sales and develop their skills within a successful team. No previous experience in sales or the metal industry is required, as full training, coaching and guidance will be provided.
Initially, your main role will be to support the sales team while learning how our business works. As you gain knowledge and confidence, you'll be encouraged to take on more responsibility, build relationships with customers and suppliers, to enhance your progression within the team.
***This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You’ll need a driving licence and a reliable way of getting here, as we’re not on a public transport route***
· You’ll be someone who:
· Handles incoming enquiries with efficiency and care
· Helps resolve issues and removes obstacles for customers
· Liaises with internal departments to ensure smooth solutions
· Works closely with Account Managers to support client needs
· Builds trust and rapport with customers
· Identifies opportunities to grow existing accounts
· Is confident speaking with customers by phone
· Enjoys meeting customers face-to-face
· Is calm under pressure and organised
· Is motivated by results and personal development
