We are currently supporting young adults to access new opportunities after finishing school and venturing in to Adult Day Services accessing different services in the local area. These include a work skills project and a horticultural therapy project with an amazing team along with cooking, drama and singing with a specialist service.
This role will bring a variety of opportunities for you to develop your skills with amazing young adults who have been supported by the childrens team for many years.
Our aim is to create a safe and happy environment for these young adults to grow, learn and become the very best version of themselves as they enter this exciting new phase.
All staff will receive full training, shadow shifts with experienced members of the childrens team who are very supportive, monthly wellbeing and personal development sessions (paid) the opportunity to work in supportive and fun teams.

Vacancies:
We currently have vacancies for bank support workers who are reliable, flexible, dedicated and have a positive outlook. Experience working with young adults with disabilities is desirable but not essential as full training, support and mentoring is provided.
Pay is £12.21 per hour and you will working with a small, enthusiastic and supportive team.
Shifts available:
Thursday's 9am to 3pm
Friday's 9am to 2.30pm
All the above with the possibilty of additional days and hours to cover holidays, training and sickness
This can be a term time post however it is a 52 week per year provision and we will need some commitment in the school holidays, especially half terms.
We can be flexible in regards to the days worked in the school holidays.
