Shape the future of a growing healthcare business
Are you an experienced HR professional who loves building people-first cultures and making a genuine impact?
At KT Healthcare, we're on an exciting growth journey. As one of the UK's leading independent providers of Neurodevelopmental services, transforming access to high-quality assessments and therapy for thousands of individuals and families. To support our continued expansion, we're looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of our People function and become a key member of our leadership team.
This is more than a traditional HR role. It's an opportunity to influence business strategy, shape company culture, and build a best-in-class employee experience within a values-led healthcare organisation.
The Opportunity
As our standalone HR lead, you'll have the autonomy to shape and develop every aspect of the HR function.
You'll partner closely with our directors and managers, providing expert HR guidance while driving initiatives that help attract, retain and develop exceptional people.
No two days will be the same. One day you could be advising on complex employee relations, the next leading recruitment, developing new policies, improving employee engagement or helping shape the organisation as we continue to grow.
If you're someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you'll thrive here.
