Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Assist with food preparation and serving, supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, counters, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests efficiently and courteously
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or restaurant environments with relevant experience
- Proficiency in serving, food safety practices, and basic food preparation techniques
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive, approachable attitude
- Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-pressure situations
