We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks to support operations in a dynamic work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe and organised environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Operate basic machinery and tools as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks, including construction, landscaping, or warehouse duties.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Skills
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a work environment is advantageous.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with hand tools or machinery is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
