ITS Industrial are recruiting on behalf of our client in Hereford for Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team. We have a variety of shift patterns available, offering excellent rates of pay and long-term opportunities.
Shift Patterns & Pay
Rotating Shifts
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- £14.85 per hour
Night Shift
- Sunday to Friday
- 10:00pm – 6:00am
- £17.82 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operating forklift trucks within the warehouse.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Labelling parcels ready for dispatch.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties.
- Manual handling, including lifting items up to 24kg.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Forklift Truck licence is preferred (evidence will be required), although training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Previous forklift experience is advantageous.
- Comfortable working at height.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative.
- SAP system knowledge is desirable but not essential.
