Hospitality Team Member – Coffee & Street Food - FULL TIME, MUST HAVE MINIMUM TWO YEARS BARISTA EXPERIENCE.
The Creeping Fig is looking for a Lead Service Crew Member to join our growing street food business in Lordswood. We’re a busy independent street food van with a strong local following, recently expanding into catering from our new prep kitchen.
We’re looking for someone who can help lead front of house service and become a key part of our small team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food environment, has previous experience in hospitality, takes pride in great customer service, and wants to develop new skills within a growing business.
Your role will include:
Running front of house service alongside our kitchen team Preparing coffee and drinks
Taking orders and managing customer flow
Maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards
Assisting with food prep and learning basic cooking
Supporting catering preparation when required
Over time, you will be trained across different areas of the business to become a strong all-round team member.

Hours
FULL TIME
40 hours per week
5 days over 7
Weekday shifts: 6:30am – 3:30pm
Weekend shifts: 7:30am – 2:30pm
Pay
Starting from £12.71 per hour depending on experience.
