Job Summary
Our Company is looking for a flexible part time Delivery Driver to work Wednesday - Saturday (4 days), carrying put the safe delivery of Fish and Frozen Seafood products to our clients with a high level of customer care and service.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Have previous delivery/courier experience
- Must be available for work Wednesday-Saturday starting at 7am
- Safe & cautious driver, comfortable driving a LWB Sprinter or Transit Van.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines
- Load and unload cargo carefully, ensuring items are secured properly during transit
- Be physically fit and have no issues in lifting items that weigh up to 20kg, or getting in and out of the van numerous times of the day.
- Possess good numeracy skills and have the confidence to collect cash/cheque payments when required.
- Have a good grasp of the English Language both written and spoken
- Live within a daily commutable distance to work
- Be confident in their ability to deliver between 20 to 60 drops per day in a defined area
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Have a valid UK proof of residency/right to work (UK/EU passport, Residents Visa, UK Birth Certificate)
- To provide their full driving licence which must be registered to their current address.
Qaulifications
- Must be over age 25 for insurance purposes
- Proven experience as a delivery driver preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Good numeracy skills
- Physical ability to lift & carry weights up to 20kg

Pay: £15.00 per hour
