Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Speed Pourer for the back room within our vibrant night club. This role involves providing rapid and accurate beverage service to ensure smooth operations during busy nights. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of food safety, and experience in hospitality or food preparation environments. Night shift role
Friday-11:00pm-3:30am
Saturday-10:30pm-4:00am
Travel bursary given upon request
Responsibilities
- Rapidly pouring into shot glasses to meet high-volume demands during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the back room area, including storage and bar equipment
- Ensure all drinks are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Manage stock levels of beverages and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during busy periods
- Working well under pressure in a fast pace enviroment and bringing stock in such as crates of stock including energy drinks and cups
- Setting up the back room ready for shot girls to collect drinks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or a related environment such as restaurants, hotels, or bars is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages and ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in pouring and serving drinks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and specialised shifts as required by the nightclub schedule
- A friendly attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
