We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized effectively.
- Handle any special requests from clients regarding cleaning or organization tasks.
- Utilize proper cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and custodial experience is a plus.
- Background in hotel or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills in cooking may be beneficial for clients who request meal preparation services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions from clients is essential.
