Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operations within our establishment, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This job dose included being a party host and being a mascot within the centre . This is a weekend post and all candidate's need to be available both for Saturday and Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean a safe environment .
- Provide excellent customer service by serving food and beverages to patrons.
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure timely meal service.
- Engage in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Keep all seating areas clean and organised at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous front of house experience is desirable but not essential .
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the centre .
