Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and experienced Full Time or Part Time Senior Therapists to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage treatments that promote relaxation, healing, and well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help elevate our clients’ experience while contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of our salon.
Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone massage, and holistic therapies
- Beauty experience ideal but not essential
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client requirements and medical histories to ensure safe treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to hygiene standards and health & safety regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing wellness
Requirements
- Proven experience as a massage therapist
- Certification in massage therapy from a recognised training provider; current licensure or registration as required by local regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive attitude with a passion for promoting health, relaxation, and holistic wellness
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
