We are a professional, family-owned agricultural business delivering animal feed to farms and collecting raw materials across the North of England. This is planned rural work with regular customers , not supermarket depot work or high-volume multi-drop.
Location: York Road, Barmby Moor, Pocklington, YO42 1NS. Applicants should live within reasonable daily commuting distance.
The Role
- Typically 2 loads per day
- Each load may include up to 3–4 farm deliveries
- Full driving hours utilised with planned routes (not last-minute changes)
- Occasional nights out only
- Full blower/tipper training provided

Working Pattern – Structured & Predictable
Our 3-week rota is planned in advance to give you structured time off and regular long weekends:
- Week 1: Wednesday–Saturday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 3: Monday–Thursday
- You’ll enjoy 3-day weekends regularly
- Only two Saturdays in every three weeks
- Rota gives stability and predictability
Requirements
- HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital tachograph card
- Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience
- Confident driving on rural routes
