Duties
- Perform exterior cleaning of building facades, windows, walls, and other surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- Remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, and other debris from outdoor surfaces to enhance curb appeal
- Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, brushes, and squeegees safely and effectively
- Ensure all work areas are safe and free of hazards during and after cleaning tasks
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or special instructions
- Maintain the cleanliness of tools and equipment after each use to ensure longevity and safety
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during outdoor work
Requirements
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles if required
- Strong communication skills in English for effective teamwork and customer interaction
- Prior experience in exterior cleaning or related outdoor maintenance is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards clients and team members
- Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully and work independently when needed
