Social Care Recruitment are currently recruiting for Children's Support Workers to join our friendly team in the East Sussex area.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must have a full time RTW in the UK (no restrictions), have a full UK Driving Licence and have at least 6 months Social Care experience. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and engaging Young People who present challenging behaviours, learning disabilities, mental health or social/emotional difficulties, sexualised behaviours, criminal exploitation or child exploitation
- Supporting daily routines and activities
- Ensure the young people experience emotional security, happiness and personal growth
- Maintaining records of your daily activities including writing up daily reports
- Days out & companionship
- Build relationships with the young people and setting a positive example
You will need:
- Passion for a role within Children's Residential Care
- A minimum 6 months experience in a care role
- Dedication to deliver high quality care and support
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK
- Full UK Driving Licence
