Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, efficiency, and professionalism are highly valued. Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Manage stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with inventory checks
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and creating a friendly environment
- Adhere to food safety standards and responsible serving policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service roles is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting
- Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- A personable attitude with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special events as required

Pay: £13.00-£15.50 per hour
