We're looking for an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team, working on our principal account for one of the world's leading financial services brands.
You'll manage complex digital marketing projects for one of the world's leading financial services brands, building trusted client relationships and working with strategy, creative, production and development teams to deliver exceptional work.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the day-to-day client lead across one of our principal accounts, building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing and web projects, from briefing through to launch.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, UX, content, production and development.

Keep projects on track by managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality and risks.

Translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs that set teams up for success.

Communicate proactively, managing expectations and ensuring clients and internal teams remain aligned throughout delivery.

Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Identify opportunities to add value, strengthen client relationships and support the continued growth of the account.

Contribute to the commercial success of the account through effective planning, forecasting and project management.
What We're Looking For

Previous agency experience of at least 2 years in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role.

Experience delivering digital marketing and web projects from brief to launch.

Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trust and challenge constructively where needed.

Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, content, production and development.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Commercial awareness and a desire to identify opportunities that add value for clients and the agency.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, embedded client environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
