Caremark Leeds Bradford is seeking a Marketing & Recruitment Officer to support the growth of our service by attracting high-quality Care & Support Workers and strengthening our local brand presence.
This is a varied role combining recruitment, marketing, events and communications, working closely with the management team to promote Caremark as an employer of choice and a trusted home care provider.
Recruitment
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for Care & Support Workers
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media
- Screening applications, arranging interviews and supporting onboarding
- Attending recruitment events and community job fairs
- Supporting compliance and safer recruitment processes
Marketing & Communications
- Managing local marketing campaigns and promotional activity
- Creating content for social media, website and internal communications
- Supporting community engagement initiatives and events
- Maintaining brand consistency across all materials
- Monitoring recruitment and marketing performance
- Experience in marketing, recruitment, HR or a related field
- Educated to a degree level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using social media and digital platforms
- Passionate about people, community and person-centred care
- Full training will be provided
