We are a family run business, supplying equipment to salon owners within the Hair, Beauty and Barbering industry throughout the UK. As a team, we are enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about what we do. Due to our continued growth we are expanding our team and looking for someone to join us as soon as possible.
We are looking for someone who is confident and friendly but also hard working. Based in an open office you will be involved in all areas of marketing to ensure we are promoting all aspects of our business in line with the company targets.
This is a hands-on role combining ecommerce, graphic design, content creation and integrated marketing. The successful candidate will help deliver marketing activity across the website, social media, email, print, showroom, product launches and events.
Key responsibilities:
Growing and maintaining the company website
Creating on-brand digital and print marketing materials
Supporting social media content creation
Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and print.
The successful candidate should have:
Previous experience in ecommerce, online retail or digital merchandising
Experience using ecommerce or content-management platforms
Graphic design skills
Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro or comparable software
Experience creating digital and printed marketing materials
Strong written communication and product-copywriting skills
Broad knowledge of digital, social, email and offline marketing
Confidence working with website and sales-performance data
Confidence creating social content and appearing on camera
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Desirable experience:
WooCommerce, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva Pro, product photography, video editing and email marketing.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Pay: From £26,436.80 per year
