We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving websites, analysing data and finding ways to generate more online sales.
This isn't a role where you'll spend all day scheduling social media posts.
Instead, you'll work across our ecommerce websites, Google Ads, SEO, product data, analytics and CRM systems to continually improve performance and help drive business growth.
No two days are the same.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside our Ecommerce & Digital Manager, you'll help improve every stage of the customer journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and improving our ecommerce websites
- Creating and optimising product pages
- Uploading and maintaining thousands of products
- Importing supplier price files and product data using Excel
- Improving SEO across products and categories
- Monitoring Google Ads and Microsoft Ads performance
- Analysing website performance using GA4
- Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Using AI tools to improve productivity and content creation
- Working with developers on new website features
- Supporting CRM automation within Zoho
- Creating landing pages and promotional campaigns
- Producing monthly performance reports
What we're looking for
We're far more interested in attitude and problem-solving than ticking every technical box.
You'll ideally have experience with some of the following:
- Ecommerce websites (WooCommerce, Shopify, Aero Commerce or similar)
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- WordPress
- Microsoft Excel
- SEO
- Product data management
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude
Most importantly, you'll enjoy asking questions such as:
"Why aren't customers buying this product?"
"Can this page convert better?"
"How can we automate this?"
"What does the data actually tell us?"

Before you apply
This role is fully office based in Thorne, Doncaster.
You should be comfortable working with data, learning new software and taking ownership of projects.
Experience in B2B ecommerce is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
