Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly
Job Description:
We are supporting a specialist SEND School in CV10 Nuneaton who are seeking an Autism Support Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. The school provides outstanding support for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition, helping them develop communication, independence and life skills.
You will provide consistent support throughout the school day, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs while promoting confidence, engagement and positive behaviour.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting pupils with Autism or SEND is desirable
- Calm, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication skills
- Two recent and relevant references
- Right to work in the UK
