MKS Sweepers are now looking for Hire Desk and Sales Coordinator to join our busy office in a fast growing road sweeping company.
Role: Hire Desk and Sales Coordinator
Location: Our office is based in Langworth, Lincoln, LN3 5BB
Monday to Friday -working hours 8am-5pm with one hour of unpaid break a day.
Salary £26,436.80 per annum.
In this role as a Hire Desk and Sales Coordinator your days will be spent building relationships with customers, selling via e-mail and telephone, taking care of customer's requests and booking jobs in with Hire Desk at the same time ensuring each and every one of your customers is provided with the best service at all times.
Our ideal candidate will have the below:
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with customers
- Confident telephone manner and good written communication
- Ability to multitask and use initiative when making decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a small team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in a hire desk, logistics or transport environment
- Experience working with SME or construction customers
- Experience working to achieve sales targets and/or KPIs
You will be working in a small team consisting of planning and sales people.
Your everyday tasks will include maximising turnover by calling customers directly, growing business by calling and introducing the company to potential clients, processing and booking customers’ requests with the planning department, keeping a report of your daily achievements and progress.
