iDirect Independent Living are currently recruiting for a Team Leader, to support one of our Team Managers to oversee 2 to 3 people we support across Dorchester, Weymouth and the Purbecks . You will provide direct support to these people. Such duties of support would be to access their local community, develop new skills, access leisure opportunities, promote independence where possible, help maintain their home, prepare and cook meals and share time with people with similar interests.
Please note there would also be on call on a rota basis.
