What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with senior members of the team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit, assurance and accounts services to a varied client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering audit assignments from inception through to completion
- Preparing and reviewing audit files in accordance with firm and regulatory standards
- Conducting audit fieldwork and identifying opportunities to improve client processes and controls
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Working directly with clients, building strong professional relationships and becoming a trusted adviser
- Supporting businesses, charities and not-for-profit clients with sector-specific reporting requirements
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Taking increasing responsibility for client engagements as your experience develops
- Taking an active role in the development of junior team members through on-the-job coaching, mentoring and technical support, providing an excellent foundation for your own future progression into management.

What We're Looking For

- ACA or ACCA qualified (or recently qualified)

Experience in audit is essential, while previous exposure to charity or not-for-profit organisations would be advantageous but is not a requirement. We are happy to develop the right individual with an interest in this rewarding sector.
