We are looking for a new Online Assistant to work in our Online Warehouse aiding in the picking and packing of our customers online orders, keeping up with KPI’s while working in a team to ensure everything is packed efficiently and in good time. Department: Online Warehouse
Contract: Fixed-term Full time
Includes: Monday to Friday with a rota’d day off each week and alternate weekends
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, keeping up with KPI’s.
- Pick, pack, and ship products, ensuring all items are correct and undamaged.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Book in deliveries to the warehouse and check goods against orders.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring all stock is handled correctly and safely.
- Safely operate forklifts and other powered warehouse equipment where licensed or trained.
- Handle and lift heavy items at various stages of the picking/packing process.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Support other departments as required.
- Adhere to strict health and safety policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
