An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Training Team. The post holder will develop, deliver and evaluate testing and support users in the workplace to both individuals and staff groups . Applicants with experience of delivering Clinical Systems are preferred but not essential. We are seeking a reliable, patient and adaptable person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants should possess the ability to quickly learn complex tasks and be able to communicate this learning in a logical, concise and clear manner. The post holder will work autonomously to deadlines and manage your own workload.
You will be expected to work flexibly both in terms of your ability to travel between sites and provide training, support and knowledge to support the implementation and development of all elements of Digital Testing being implemented within the Trust. To ensure that all users make full and effective use of Digital tools by evaluating and testing current and new software, as well as planning, developing, delivering and evaluating training courses/material. The role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area. It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
