We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm in Tiverton, who are looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their busy Wills, Trusts & Probate department.
This is a great opportunity for a capable fee earner whether Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Private Client Paralegal to manage their own caseload within a friendly, well-regarded local firm.
The role:
- Managing a varied caseload of wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and probate/estate administration matters
- Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and Court of Protection matters
- Building strong client relationships, often during sensitive or difficult circumstances
- Liaising with HMRC, the Land Registry, and other third parties
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to the department's continued growth
What our client is looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or qualified by experience with a solid private client background
- STEP qualification desirable but not essential
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent client-care skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- A genuine, empathetic approach to client care
