Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and oversee complex technology initiatives across diverse teams. Duties
- Plan, manage and deliver IT and digital transformation projects, including AI-powered automation, machine learning solutions, APIs, backend services, data platforms, digital media systems and web-based applications.
- Gather and document project requirements from clients and stakeholders and translate business needs into clear technical project specifications and deliverables.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resources and implementation schedules in collaboration with clients and internal technical teams.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against agreed milestones, deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
- Manage developers, AI specialists, data professionals, designers, testers, consultants and technology partners to ensure effective project delivery.
- Coordinate cloud migration and optimisation, managing technical dependencies, security and business requirements.
Skills
- Strong IT project planning, coordination and delivery skills.
- Knowledge of software development and digital transformation project lifecycles.
- Understanding of Agile and other structured project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage project budgets, resources, risks, issues and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, cloud platforms, AI and software implementation.
