Control Panel Supervisor
Full-Time | Permanent | Early Finish Fridays!
We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead an experienced team of electrical panel wirers and fitters in our Panel Shop, ensuring customer orders are completed on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing daily hands-on leadership and motivation to a team of electrical panel wirers and fitters
- Taking ownership of projects through to successful completion, including facility development
- Planning and coordinating daily tasks to meet weekly production schedules
- Ensuring all test and inspection activities are completed prior to release to system build
- Reporting progress and key updates to the Manufacturing Manager
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery
- Responding to technical challenges and resolving issues efficiently
- Driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes
- Supporting team development through mentoring, performance management, and disciplinary processes
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong electrical knowledge, particularly in controls, including the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Hands-on experience in electrical fitting or panel wiring
- Knowledge of inverter parameter loading is preferred
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
